Handling fees, refund and activity cancellation insurance.
With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.

You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will be charged the remaining
amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be transferred to the next tour day. You will not be able to request a cancellation or receive a refund, so please be flexible to attend the tour in case of a date change.

Tour Isla Catalina
Excursion Days: Every day Enjoy an unforgettable full-day experience visiting Catalina Island, the second largest island in our territory, located to the southeast, featuring the best snorkeling on our entire coast.
- Departing from your hotels in modern and comfortable buses, we arrive at the pier in La Romana, board, and set sail towards the island.
- The first activity as part of the tour is heading to the snorkeling site or “La Pared,” as it is commonly known. This snorkeling area boasts the most interesting coral reef on the entire island, with the highest variety of living corals, fish, crustaceans, and other marine species, as it is a protected area and also classified as a National Park.
- Once the snorkeling is finished, we continue our journey to Catalina Island, where its crystal-clear waters and white sands await, on a cozy beach where you can enjoy the surroundings. We will indulge in a delicious typical Dominican lunch, drinks, to make for a relaxing and enjoyable day.
