Handling fees, refund and activity cancellation insurance.
With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.
Advantages
100% refund of the amount paid
You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will be charged the remaining
amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be transferred to the next tour day. You will not be able to request a cancellation or receive a refund, so please be flexible to attend the tour in case of a date change.

Get ready to see flying acrobats, tributes to artists and musicians, movie clips projected on high-tech video screens, plus an incredible performance. A live band and a DJ will add to the adrenaline and energy as the night progresses.
- We will pick you up at your hotel between 7:00 pm and 7:30 pm to take you to Downtown Punta Cana, where Coco Bongo is located.
- While waiting to enter the most incredible party, you’ll have the opportunity to take photos with iconic movie characters and famous artists created for your entertainment.
- Upon entry, enjoy approximately 5 hours of partying, with time to dance and be amazed by the incredible shows from our performers. Drinks are included, and you can order them at any of the bars on the premises.
- At the end, you’ll need to find the same transport to take you back to your hotel.
- Ask the representative the time you need to leave the club to catch the return transport to the hotel.
