Handling fees, refund and activity cancellation insurance.
With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.

You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will be charged the remaining
amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be transferred to the next tour day. You will not be able to request a cancellation or receive a refund, so please be flexible to attend the tour in case of a date change.

Enjoy Coco Bongo in Punta Cana
We will pick you up from your hotel between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm and take you to the Coco Bongo facilities located in Downtown Punta Cana.
Your ticket includes express passage, so you won’t have to wait in line. Take photos with famous movie icons and artists created for your entertainment upon arrival.
Enjoy approximately 5 hours of partying, with a reserved seating area, dancing, and incredible shows by our artists. Drinks are included and will be served by a waiter or can be requested at any of the bars in the place.
At the end of the night, you must locate the same transport to be taken back to your hotel. Ask the representative about the departure time to ensure you don’t miss the transportation back to the hotel.
