With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.

You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will be charged the remaining
amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be transferred to the next tour day. You will not be able to request a cancellation or receive a refund, so please be flexible to attend the tour in case of a date change.

Hondas through the beautiful scenery, arriving at our Domitai Park (Rancho Cenote Cave) just as the night begins. Do several laps on our private rally track at night. Once back at the ranch, we will learn all about the world-famous coconut oil, tobacco, rum, coffee, cocoa, and chocolate tea. Visit a historically recreated Taíno village where we will be entertained by a Taíno dance performance. Next, you will enjoy a rejuvenating soak in our spectacular cave illuminated at night. After a beautiful walk lined with burning torches, we will enjoy an extraordinary Dominican buffet dinner in our typical restaurant – Yucayeque. After dinner, we end the night of partying and dancing, enjoying a short carnival and then a bonfire before heading back to your hotel.
