Handling fees, refund and activity cancellation insurance.
With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.

You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.

amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.

Join us for an incredible adventure as we explore the Bávaro beach coast on a Catamaran tour. Our friendly staff will pick you up at your hotel and take you on a journey along the entire coast, giving you a chance to soak in the tropical landscape of palm trees and turquoise waters.
Our first stop will be at Shallow Reef, where our guests will have the opportunity to snorkel for 30 to 40 minutes. If you’ve never snorkeled before, our certified guides will give you a brief demonstration to learn the basics.
After snorkeling, we’ll continue along the coast until we reach the natural pool, a sandbank where visitors can enjoy the clear, shallow waters and a fine rum cocktail. Our entertainment staff will organize a variety of fun activities and competitions to keep our guests entertained throughout the afternoon.
