Handling fees, refund and activity cancellation insurance.
With these management fees, you will be able to travel without worries, with the best protection and without having to worry about the weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. If you want to change the date of your reservation, you can also do so at no additional cost.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you have the option to request a cancellation and receive a refund, or do the tour on the new date, you choose.
Advantages
100% refund of the amount paid
You have the option to cancel up to 24 hours before the tour without having to provide explanations
or supporting documents and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
You will not be charged for not showing up at the activity or tour location:
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will not be charged the
remaining amount for it.
Changing the tour date:
You have the option to change the tour date if you need to, as long as you do so at least 24 hours
prior to the activity.
Weather altered tours:
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, you can choose to request a cancellation and
receive a refund, or keep your reservation and take the tour on the new date, the choice is yours.
Disadvantages
If you cancel the tour, you will not receive a refund.
If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours prior to the tour, you will be charged the remaining
amount for the tour.
No date changes are allowed and you must attend the tour on the contracted date.
If a tour is postponed due to bad weather conditions, your reservation will be transferred to the next tour day. You will not be able to request a cancellation or receive a refund, so please be flexible to attend the tour in case of a date change.

Polaris
Polaris is one of the best excursions in Punta Cana as you travel through the jungle and discover incredible landscapes and become part of the heart of the Dominican Republic.
- We will pick you up at your hotel in a beautiful safari truck to take you to the ranch while you enjoy the view of different plantations and small Dominican communities.
- You’ll drive a Polaris Double (For two people) or a Polaris Family (For 3 or 4 people) on exotic roads.
- You will continue driving on the road to cross remote villages, coffee, banana, tobacco and cocoa plantations, where you will have the opportunity to taste typical coffee and cocoa, just like our famous Mamajuana.
- You will continue the tour in the Polaris until you reach the incredible Cave or Cenote. Nothing will be as special as a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of a natural cave.
- At the end, the safari truck will wait to take you back to your hotel.
